Maranoa Community Classes and School Holiday Workshops - MITCHELL

Queensland Ballet is thrilled to offer FREE School Holiday Workshops and Community Dance Classes in Roma, Mitchell, Wallumbilla, Surat and Injune, thanks to the generous support of the Maranoa Regional Council.
To register for your class/es, please select your preference by using the + and - under each class description and input the details for each dancer participating.
9:30am – 10:15am School Holiday Workshop (under 5s)
This class is for children aged 2-5 years and one special grown up. This session aims to foster creativity, musicality and movement in each child.
Please note: One parent/caregiver to attend and participate per child, please.
Venue: Mitchell Early Education Centre, 105 Cambridge Street, Mitchell
11:30am – 12:15pm School Holiday Workshop (6-8 years)
For children aged 6-8 years. This engaging workshop blends fitness, creativity, and fun through ballet-inspired movement. Children will take part in a warm-up, tailored ballet class, and learn choreography/repertoire from a Queensland Ballet production. Designed for all ability levels, the workshop provides a welcoming space for both first-time dancers and those with experience
