Queensland Ballet’s Community, Education and Dance Health team are delighted to be partnering with the Gympie Regional Council again in 2026.
This program with Queensland Ballet is being supported by the Regional Arts Development Fund, a partnership between the Queensland Government and Gympie Regional Council to support local arts and culture in regional Queensland.
This August, our team will be visiting the Gympie, Rainbow Beach, Tin Can Bay, Imbil and Amamoor to deliver: First 5 Forever Story ballet library sessions in Gympie, Tin Can Bay, Rainbow Beach and Imbil. We’ll be moving with school students through In-School Workshops and Dance and Arts teachers at the Gympie Regional Gallery with a Teacher Professional Development session. We look forward to meeting dancers of all ages and levels of mobility and experience through our Gympie Community Class program.
