Thomas Dixon Centre Early Works Tender

The Queensland Government today announced a call for tenders for the early works stage of the redevelopment of Queensland Ballet’s home at the Thomas Dixon Centre in Brisbane’s West End.
This is a key milestone in the project’s timeline allowing delivery of the completed build in late 2020 as previously announced.
With the Department of Public Works working very closely with us on the management and delivery of our build, this early works tender means we can look forward to the turning of the first sod on our construction site in the coming months and then progress will begin in earnest.
For now, we’re delighted to celebrate this very real step in the development of what will be a world-class home for Queensland Ballet and look forward to sharing more news with you.
We’re grateful to The Ian Potter Foundation, our incredible donors and the Queensland and Federal government for enabling this dream to become a reality. Learn more about how you can support our vision for the Thomas Dixon Centre here.
