Introducing Lucy

Lucy was born in Brisbane, and after being encouraged by her older cousins to start dancing, she began her training at the age of 4 at Davidia Lind Dance Centre. She then moved to Anette Roselli Dance Academy to further her classical training, starting full-time ballet at age 13. In 2016, Lucy accepted a one-year scholarship to the Australian Ballet School, then returned home in 2018 to join the Queensland Ballet Academy Pre-Professional Program.

“Focus on yourself and enjoy your journey. Each of our paths is completely different, so cherish the little moments, embrace your uniqueness and stay true to yourself. Trust that anything you want is possible, if you’re willing to go for it. Nothing great ever came out of the comfort zone.”
