“Although I am young and just starting out as a professional dancer, I can definitely say that I believe the most important thing for a dancer is balance. I mean this in the sense of keeping a balance between life and ballet. Too often I hear that “ballet is life” when in reality I believe that having a balance between hard work, while also exploring other passions in life will have a positive impact on your profession, relationships and general wellbeing.”

We pay our respects to their Elders — past, present and emerging — and acknowledge the valuable contribution they have made and continue to make to the cultural landscape of this country.
