Frequently Asked Questions

#I’m currently a member, where does my existing membership stand?

Patrons who held a membership in 2025 will continue to receive the benefits of their membership until 31 December 2025. All 2026 Season memberships commence on 1 January and will expire on 31 December 2026. Memberships go on sale in September to ensure Members gain pre-sale access to Season Packages.

#Are memberships rolling or for a specific period?

All memberships are valid for one calendar year (1 Jan – 31 Dec) and must be renewed ahead of the following calendar year for ongoing access to benefits. Activation and expiry dates are viewable on your digital membership card or in the Member Portal.

#How do I register for events and stay up to date?

Registration and payment for events will open six weeks prior to each event. Once open, bookings can be made via the website and the Member Portal. You will receive Member Mail quarterly providing key updates, upcoming event notifications and other important information.

#I’m a previous subscription ticket holder, will I still get priority access for 2026?

Yes! Existing subscription holders, donors and members will be invited to book their 2026 Season Package from the moment our new season launches – before bookings open for the general public.

We are in the process of finalising our plans for the 2026 season launch and will be able to share the priority booking period and launch dates with you very soon.

#How do I add my digital card to my phone and where can I find it?

Within 1 business day of purchasing a membership you will receive a welcome email inviting you to download your digital card. Once downloaded, your digital card will live in your smartphone’s wallet.

#How do I use my digital card to access information about my membership and events?

Locate your digital card in your phone wallet. In the top right-hand corner of your phone screen you will see an icon with three dots – click on this and select ‘Pass Details’. Details include a welcome message, link to the Membership Portal, link to RSVP to Member events and all the inclusions of your Membership. From time to time you will receive notifications with reminders to RSVP to events and exclusive offers. This information lives at the bottom of the ‘Pass Details’ screen and is updated as new notifications are shared.

#I prefer not to/am unable to use a digital membership card, what can I do?

Support us

As a not-for-profit charity, it is the overwhelming generosity of our donors that enables us to enrich lives both onstage and off through the gift of ballet.

We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we work and perform. Long before we performed on this land, it played host to the dance expression of our First Peoples. We pay our respects to their Elders — past, present and emerging — and acknowledge the valuable contribution they have made and continue to make to the cultural landscape of this country.
