Swan Lake Filming & Photography Notice —
Queensland Ballet’s Swan Lake at Brisbane Riverstage on Saturday 20 October 2018 (The Project).
The Project means the experiences, programs, activities, initiatives, collaborations and outcomes associated with the Project described above.
Photography, Audio and Video Recording
Please be aware there will be photography, audio and video recording taking place (Material).
Queensland Ballet may create, share, make copies of, reproduce, modify, adapt or retain in any form, including by camera, video, digital recorder, webcam, mobile phone or any other device and to distribute in any form including in printed promotional material, displays, advertising, newsletters and other print media, television, learning and professional development material, websites and via the internet, and social media websites in whole or in part (Use).
By entering the premises, you as the individual (if 18 years of age or older) or parents / guardians / caregivers (for a child under 18 years of age) consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording.
This consent to Use the Material applies for the purposes of public relations, promotion, research, advertising, media and commercial activities concerning the Project and grants permission to Queensland Ballet to copy, distribute, retain, disclose, reproduce, display and make derivative works of the photographs, videos, film and sound recordings taken across all mediums for Queensland Ballet’s Company purposes without limitation.
Warranty, claims and licence
By entering the event premises for the Project, individuals and parents/guardians/caregivers understand this notice.
All individuals and parents/guardians/caregivers agrees to hold Queensland Ballet including officers, employees and its agents harmless against any claims arising from the Use of such personal Material.
Individuals and parents/guardians/caregivers will not be paid for giving this consent and understands the Use of the Material may be perpetual and irrevocable (not able to be deleted or ceased to be used).
All individuals and parents/guardians/caregivers warrant they have sufficient right to grant consent and license Queensland Ballet permission to use the personal Material and agrees to indemnify Queensland Ballet against any loss of damage cause by breach of this warranty.
Queensland Ballet is a child safe organisation that is focused on providing a safe community for everyone at all times.
Queensland Ballet requests that anyone wishing to take photographs/videography or audio recordings of children during the Project always obtains the written permission of each child’s parent/guardian/carer.
