#How much does a membership cost?
QB Junior and QB Teen memberships cost $75 AUD and QB Mini memberships cost $45 AUD (+ postage) for a 12-month membership. Some QB Junior and QB Teen events will be an additional cost to your membership fee.
#What does a subscription based automatic recurring membership mean?
Queensland Ballet has implemented an agile and automated billing platform to reduce the time and administration required through the previous manual process. This means at the end of 12 months from the date of purchase, your membership will renew automatically, and you will be charged the membership cost to the credit card associated with your account. You will receive three renewal notices to your nominated email address commencing three weeks prior to your renewal date, which will include options to opt out.
#How do I receive my membership pack?
To receive your membership pack, which includes your QB Junior or QB Teen T-Shirt, log in to your member zone at www.qbyouthmembership.com.au and head to the store to order your complimentary membership pack.
#I have lost my QB Junior Friends T-Shirt, can I purchase a new one?
Yes, you can! Log in to your member zone at www.qbyouthmembership.com.au and purchase a new one at the online store.
#How do I register for events, stay up to date with member news?
You can access all of this and more by logging in to your member zone at www.qbyouthmembership.com.au to access exclusive member news and register for events.
#How can I purchase QB Junior or QB Teen merchandise?
Visit www.qbyouthmembership.com.au and log in to your member zone and head to the online store to purchase exclusive membership merchandise.
#I’m an existing QB Junior member and I’m a teenager, what do I do?
That’s easy! When it’s time to renew your membership, make sure you select a QB Teen membership upon renewal and you will have access to all the features of being a QB Teen member.
#Does QB Teen have the same benefits of QB Junior?
Yes! As a QB Teen, you still have access to Ambassador Classes, Christmas Party and other exciting new events that are tailored to ballet-loving teens. You can discover the entire program of events in your online member zone.
#If I don’t live in Brisbane, can I still be a member?
Absolutely. Our classes visit Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast and Toowoomba and we even bring our famous QB Junior Friends House Party to different regional locations every year as well as online mentorship opportunities from our QB Youth Membership Ambassadors. Check the QB Youth Membership calendar of events to see if we are visiting your city or a town close by!
