Refunds will be issued automatically.
For patrons who purchased Dracula ticket(s) using credit card via QPAC/QTIX, you will receive an automatic refund of the full purchase price within ten (10) business days.
For patrons who purchased ticket(s) using cash, Paypal or EFTPOS, please call QTIX Box Office on 136 246 to receive a refund of the full purchase price. Please have your Booking Reference and credit card information on hand so we can locate your booking and organise your refund quickly.
If you have not received your refund after ten (10) business days, QTIX can be contacted on 136 246 Mon – Sat 9am to 8:30pm or via firstname.lastname@example.org.
