Vis-à-vis Studio Series 2007

The vis-à-vis series at the Thomas Dixon Centre is unique in Brisbane’s dance calendar.  In each series Queensland Ballet’s Artistic director François Klausoffers his distinctive perspective on different aspects of dance and illustrates them choreographically.  Over the years he has covered everything from technique on pointe, to hints on what makes great partnering, and how to turn yourself into a swan.  When this is combined with the relaxed, informal atmosphere of the Thomas Dixon Centre and the up-close and personal aspect of the performances, the Studio Series is a must for both the balletomane and those who just want to know a little more about dance.
