Dancing at Moorambilla Voices

QB’s Education Coordinator Jacob Williams has been interstate this month, representing QB as the Dance facilitator at the Moorambilla Voices project in regional New South Wales.

Moorambilla Voices is an arts residency week held in Baradine (2.5 hours north of Dubbo). Two hundred students attended the camp to sing, dance, compose, paint, weave, play Taiko drums and learn about the indigenous cultural traditions and stories of their landscape.

Jacob loved the opportunity to collaborate with the Camp’s composer, visual artist and Taiko artist to create unique experiences for the students. Read all about it on the Moorambilla blog
